The Women of Wellness (WOW) program is designed to empower women with knowledge, confidence, and support for every stage of their health journey. Through faith-based outreach, WOW builds trust while addressing reproductive health, disease management, and overall wellness in ways that are both culturally relevant and community-centered.
Monthly events provide education, resources, and encouragement in a welcoming environment, making health a shared community priority. As part of the CRC’s broader outreach, WOW creates spaces where women can connect, learn, and take proactive steps toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
